Join us Saturday, January 30th for our first bottle release of the year! Wild Meadow is our Barrel-Aged Amber Saison with brettanomyces and lactobacillus. We used the same barrels that our apricot sour, Le Bosquet, was aged in and literally racked the Wild Meadow right on top of the existing fruit from the previous beer, giving it a nice hint of apricot. The event starts at 4:00pm with All Star Que Food Truck serving up their award-winning BBQ to pair with this phenomenal beer!
