Start off with quick farm tour. Move into removing the hops from the field and hand harvesting the cones. We will have:
- Beer
- Food
- Waters, sodas, etc
Harvesting will be in our barn with shade. We will also have popup tents with misters. We suggest brining a long sleeve shirt that you can wear in layers because the hop bines have stiff hairs that can irritate skin. Also, we will have some chairs but if you could bring a folding chairs that would be great!
After lunch we will bring the hops to Loomis Basin Brewery and they will use them in their Harvest Ale! Last years Harvest Ale was wicked awesome!

We have limited supply of 30 tickets right now. Who knows if we will even get that many people but if we get many more than that we will run out of room in the barn and the hops harvest will take about 10 minutes ;)
We will not be brewing beer this year but the home brew equipment will be out for discussions.
This is a kid friendly event! If you bring children please contact me in FB or email me to let me know about how many kids will be coming. They do not need a ticket!
